Peter Bennett recommended do 3 to 7 day juicing and fruiting fasting which involves only fresh fruits and its juice, vegetable juice, water. Many people find it is an effective way to release and flash out the toxins.
Short term Detoxify program
Do a detoxify with fruits for doing short term program fruits are the best option. Although they have many health benefits as well as increase your energy level, Fruits are the great way to lose some weight and reduce the risk of stroke. You can also choose a different variety of fruits or it’s your own decision to choose only one fruit which you love. Do what you want because in this way you are not feeling pressured or feeling bored. But remember don’t exceed your fast more than 7 days. Eat a lot of citrus fruits because they are more deposing power, so include oranges, grapefruits, red grapes and lemons in your diet. You can also combine them to make a healthy snack.
Let’s start liquid fast, For liquid fast consumes nothing but only liquids. So in this fast you can include only water, herbal tea, fruit juice, vegetable juice, milk without sugar or protein shakes for just only 2 or 3 days not more than that. Long term Detoxify program
- Try to eat organic grown produce & meat. Also add fiber, potassium, vitamin C, folate and good fats in your daily diet. Every time when you are going for buying foods check its label to satisfy whether its organic or not. The food which is organic always has green colored USDA certified organic seal on it.
- Drink enough water as it’s essential for your health. I now some times it’s hard to stay on this routine and complete daily requirement of liquid. If it’s true than don’t worry, you can add lemon, honey or orange juice on water to enhance its taste. As we all know water helps to flush out the toxins and also maintain fluid level.
- Avoid added sugars when you are on a detoxification program. If you consume more sugar it can cause heart diseases, diabetes or even cancers. S always read all the nutrition labels carefully when purchasing breads, sauces or juices.
- Many people believe that fasting is a great way to relax their mind & senses. While for some people it’s hard so try to reduce anger, sadness and other negative signs. Let’s do 30 minute meditation. You can also take hot shower treatment or sauna bath for relaxation. Try to do some little exercise, like yoga, walking or swimming. But don’t do Cardio exercises.
