When you hear of the word the first idea that comes to your mind that you need to join and institute or get a trainer for this. However this is utterly wrong. You can do some relaxing and easy at home without any external help. Here are some relaxing yoga poses which can be done at home.
Legs up the wall
This pose is very simple. You just need to lie down straight on the floor which should ideally be carpeted however any other surface would do too. After you are straight stretch your legs and place your fee on the wall as high as you can. However keep them at such a position where you at ease. This pose shall reduce the ankle swelling which most of the people have and give a good flow to the fluids inside your body and especially legs.
This pose seems a bit difficult but when you break it into steps it is as easy as anything. You need to lie down straight on the floor. Stretch your arms in a T shape and pull your knees towards your chest. Lower your knees on the right side in such a way tat you turn towards the right but your left shoulder blade should be on the floor. This will give you a good stretch and relax your entire body. Take deep breaths and change sides after some time.
Winding down the Twist
This is a very simple position and can be done anywhere and anytime. You just need to sit down cross legged and close your eyes. Once you are sure that you are not distracted then take deep breaths. Now you will move your torso towards the left side and move your gaze too. Change sides after some time and you will feel lighter.
Nighttime Goddess Stretch
For this stretch you will need to lie down on a surface and place your ankles together while stretching out your knees outwards so that a diamond is created. Place your arms on the bed and take deep breaths. However, if you feel inconvenient then raise your legs through a pillow.
