Feet start sweating excessively; this condition is known as Hyperhidrosis. Normally feet have more than 250,000 sweat glands which is the vital cause of the feet smell. Basically, sweat itself doesn’t create the smell; sweat is composed of salt water (salt and water) which has no smell at all. But, the smell is caused when nasty bacteria get growth in the warm environment. Feet sweat more in the teenage and in the pregnancy due to hormonal changes. Smelly feet are embarrassing and unpleasant for others even people feel terrible to sit with the person with smelly feet.

There are some things which cause the smelly feet; Furry or fuzzy shoes or any other material which stops the feet to breathe such as plastic, rubber and leather. Avoid wearing the socks which are of nylon because it doesn’t absorb the sweat. Don’t wear the same pair of shoes for consecutive days.
To get rid of smelly feet; no need to go to the Dr. As it can be controlled just by using the simple ingredients which are always available at the home. But it is must bring these all in your daily routine which are given below.
Alum is an antibacterial chemical which reacts against the nasty bacteria. Grind alum until it does not return into powder, make its’ paste with water now apply this paste on the feet soles for five to ten minutes. After completing the time wash feet with warm water and make them dry. Now feet will not sweat as they sweated before.
Some fruit and vegetables are also useful to decrease the sweat like turnip. Take a turnip and cut it into four pieces; boil it for twenty minutes and then leave it to get normal. As the boiled water gets normal put feet in this water for fifteen minutes. For sure, the smell will be no more.
Black tea leaves are the natural way to get rid of feet smell. Mix the three tsp. Of tea leaves in the water and boil it for ten minutes and as the water gets cool soaking the feet in this for 25 minutes. Dry the feet with an absorbent towel.
Preventing the smell of feet; dip the cotton in the surgical spirit and make smaller pieces which can be adjusted between toes. Keep these pieces between the toes and leave them for seven to ten minutes. Apply this after taking the bath and in the end dry the feet well.
Formation of Callus also causes the smelling. To stop the formation of calluses use the strong scrub in daily routine. Simple and inexpensive scrub can be easily made at home. Keep the water on heat and mix sugar in it. Sugar must be more than water in quantity to get the thick liquid. Pour a tsp. Of vinegar or lemon juice in this thick mixture. Now apply this scrub on feet; keep scrubbing for five to ten minutes. This mixture is very useful to remove the dead cells of the feet.
Always wash the feet with a branded antibacterial soap in daily routine. Wear the socks which are absorbable, can absorb the sweat. Wear the shoes which allow the feet to breathe in. If you didn’t get the relief from the above tips then it is must go to the Doctor for a check-up once.
